The pool area entertained kids of all ages. It was great FUN. The staff in the buffet were also very helpful, and I appreciated that. The reception was wonderful. They were very helpful too.
The supermarket was overpriced, a real issue for me. I found you had to pay for a cot and highchair. YOU also had to pay for a microwave if you needed one for baby milk.

great villa stay
helpful staff free coaches garden surroundings
the reception staff were helpful, and quickly addressed issues. free coaches to nearby towns were a plus. the clean, fresh accommodation and amazing garden surroundings really benefitted my children. my children loved exploring rocks, stones, sand, and sea views. a bucket of water kept them content while i relaxed. i enjoyed being able to park my car in front of our accommodation.
i found that, as a family, we could have benefitted from a bigger villa due to limited space.

The reception staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. they dealt with any issues quickly. i also appreciated the prompt attention to requests. It really enhanced my stay. the overall experience was positive.

the on-site market is open daily, even on holidays. it's convenient for necessities. the restaurant surprised me with its food. the kitchen was fully equipped, offering even a dishwasher and washing machine.

the villa has adequate space and a kitchenette. there were enough towels and toiletries. i did appreciate having provided washing up liquid, a dishcloth, a teatowel, and dishwasher tablets. this made self-catering much easier.

helpful staff great coaches
the reception staff were very helpful (which was really nice). the free coaches to nearby towns were wonderful. it wasn't necessary to rent a car because the resort had so many great things to enjoy.

fantastic family stay
varied mini golf great water park fantastic bar staff
i found the on-site water park amazing for kids. my children, between 4 and 14, stayed entertained for hours. the mini golf was varied and well maintained. i thought the outside bar staff, especially sergio, were fantastic. the team ensured everyone had a nice time.
i did notice that the shuttle bus service was limited. with only two trips daily, it could be more frequent. perhaps an additional evening service around 7:30 pm would be beneficial. this would give more flexibility for exploring nearby areas without relying on taxis.

I was impressed with the staff at reception. They were quite nice. when we faced a few accommodation issues, the staff addressed them promptly. i was grateful for the compensation with breakfast and a late checkout.
