The hotel provided a nice escape with friendly staff and clean rooms, making our stay enjoyable. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with cold food and limited variety. Additionally, the location, being quite remote, required a car to access local attractions. While we found the pools great for the kids, the food situation really hindered our overall experience.

Rooms
The villas were spacious and equipped with everything we needed, keeping them comfortable throughout our stay. Rating: 8/10
Service
Staff interactions were generally positive, with quick assistance and a welcoming attitude, even though we encountered some issues. Rating: 7/10
Location
Being out in the middle of nowhere definitely made access to other areas a challenge, and without a car, it could be frustrating. Rating: 5/10
Dining
Dining options were quite disappointing, with food often cold and not much variety, which made it hard to enjoy meal times. Rating: 4/10
Facilities
The pools were enjoyable and well-maintained, making it a fun spot for the kids, but other facilities felt neglected. Rating: 6/10

5.6/10

The hotel is a mix of good and bad experiences. While the family-friendly vibe and the kids' activities were amazing, the remote location makes it hard to access shops or dining without a car. The cleanliness of the accommodations was commendable, but the paths around the resort need urgent attention for safety.

Rooms
6.0
The villa was well-equipped and clean, but the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets needed better cleaning. Not all villas had proper fencing, which was a concern with young children.
Service
6.0
Service was generally good, but I encountered issues with staff not assisting during arrival and some charges for essentials like cots and microwaves seemed unfair.
Location
5.0
The hotel is quite isolated, which requires renting a car to explore or rely on shuttle services that run at limited times. Traveling to the nearest town can take at least 30 minutes.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited and quite expensive. The buffet had issues with cleanliness, minus the hot food preparations, which we found better.
Facilities
6.0
The Crater Park was excellent for kids, providing engaging activities, but the resort's paths were rocky and hazardous.

7.0/10

Our stay at the resort was mostly enjoyable with excellent cleanliness and a spacious villa. The Crater Park was a highlight for the kids, providing lots of fun and entertainment. However, the dining options could use some improvement and the location is quite remote, which might not suit everyone. Overall, we had a good family vacation with some ups and downs.

Rooms
9.0
The villas were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They comfortably accommodated our family of four, making our stay pleasant.
Service
7.0
Service was generally good, with staff being helpful and responsive. However, there were a few instances of confusion that could be improved.
Location
6.0
The resort is quite remote, which was a bit of a downside as we had to rely on the free bus service to get to town and explore other areas.
Dining
5.0
While there was a decent variety at the buffets, the food could be warmer and more appealing for fussy eaters. It lacked in vegetarian options, which was disappointing.
Facilities
8.0
The Crater Park and pool facilities were fantastic, providing plenty of entertainment for kids and adults alike.

We had a lovely family holiday at this hotel, enjoying the spacious villa and decent breakfast options. The kids loved the entertainment, but we faced some issues with rocky paths and the dining experience was often just average. Overall, it's a solid choice for families looking for a fun getaway.

Rooms
8.0
Our villa was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, like a fridge and washing machine. However, it felt a bit far from the main amenities.
Service
6.0
The service varied, with some staff being helpful, but at times we felt overwhelmed by the lack of proper cleanliness in dining areas.
Location
7.0
The hotel is quite remote, which can make getting around a bit tricky unless you opt for a car rental. It's about a 15-minute drive to Corralejo.
Dining
6.0
The food was hit or miss; while breakfast had a good selection, the rest of the meals often felt repetitive and not very exciting.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has great facilities, especially for families, although some paths were quite rocky which could be hazardous.

I had a lovely time at Origo Mare, especially with my kids. The pools and slides were fantastic, keeping them entertained for hours. While the dining options were diverse, I found some of the food a bit repetitive after a few days. The resort's location is remote, so a car rental is definitely recommended to explore the nearby beaches and towns. Overall, it's a great family-friendly resort, but improvements could be made in comfort and dining variety.

Rooms
8.0
The villas were spacious and well-equipped for a family, including a fridge, washing machine, and enough space for everyone.
Service
7.0
The staff was always friendly and worked hard to keep the resort clean, although there were some issues with the shuttle service that could be improved.
Location
6.0
The location is quite remote, which provides a peaceful atmosphere but makes it essential to rent a car for getting around.
Dining
6.0
While there was a good variety of food, it became repetitive after a few days, and the options could use more variety for an all-inclusive.
Facilities
7.0
The water park was amazing for kids, but I did find that some paths were uneven and could be improved for easier access.
